1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AurumFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and AurumFlow.
2. Description of Services
AurumFlow is a portfolio analytics and financial education platform. The platform may provide portfolio health scores, diversification metrics, allocation analysis, educational content, reporting tools, alerts, dashboards, and account aggregation features. AurumFlow may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the platform, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Brokerage Connectivity and SnapTrade
AurumFlow may use third-party providers, including SnapTrade, to facilitate brokerage account connectivity. By connecting an account, you authorize AurumFlow and its service providers to access, retrieve, transmit, and process account information necessary to provide platform functionality. AurumFlow does not own, operate, or control brokerage firms and is not responsible for brokerage outages, delays, restrictions, account limitations, inaccurate data, or connectivity failures.
5. Educational Purpose Only
AurumFlow is designed to help users better understand their investments and portfolios. Platform content is educational and informational in nature and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.
6. No Financial Advice
AURUMFLOW IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISER, BROKER-DEALER, FINANCIAL PLANNER, FIDUCIARY, ACCOUNTANT, ATTORNEY, OR TAX ADVISER. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or personalized advice.
7. No Investment Recommendations
AurumFlow does not recommend the purchase, sale, holding, or allocation of any security, ETF, mutual fund, cryptocurrency, option, bond, or other investment product. Portfolio scores and analytics are informational tools only.
8. Portfolio Health Score Disclaimer
The Portfolio Health Score is a proprietary metric developed by AurumFlow. The score is intended to provide educational insights and should not be interpreted as a recommendation, suitability assessment, fiduciary opinion, guarantee of portfolio quality, or prediction of future performance.
9. Investment Risk Disclosure
All investing involves risk, including the risk of loss of principal. Markets may fluctuate due to economic, political, regulatory, industry-specific, or company-specific events. Users assume full responsibility for evaluating risks associated with their investments.
10. No Guarantee of Returns
AurumFlow does not guarantee investment returns, profitability, portfolio growth, preservation of capital, risk reduction, achievement of financial goals, or future performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
11. User Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity occurring under their accounts. Users must promptly notify AurumFlow of any suspected unauthorized access.
12. Subscription Services and Billing
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, renewal terms, billing schedules, and pricing may change upon notice. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of access to premium features.
13. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, scoring methodologies, designs, graphics, trademarks, trade names, content, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of AurumFlow. Users receive a limited license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
14. Acceptable Use
Users may not reverse engineer, copy, distribute, scrape, interfere with, exploit vulnerabilities in, or otherwise misuse the platform. Users may not use the service for unlawful purposes.
15. Third-Party Data and Services
AurumFlow may rely on third-party market data providers, account aggregation providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and payment processors. AurumFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party information.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. AurumFlow disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AurumFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, investment losses, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the platform.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AurumFlow and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
19. Termination
AurumFlow may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms, security concerns, legal compliance requirements, or operational reasons.
20. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Where permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Users waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration proceedings.
21. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction designated by AurumFlow, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
22. Changes to Terms
AurumFlow may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
