Delete your AurumFlow account

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Here's exactly how it works and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

Email support@aurumflowinvest.com from the email address associated with your AurumFlow account, with the subject line "Account deletion request".

What gets deleted

Upon verification, AurumFlow will delete:

Account credentials (email, password)
User profile information
Saved preferences and settings
Portfolio analysis history where applicable
Connected brokerage tokens and synced holdings

What may be retained

Certain records may be retained for a limited period when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or financial recordkeeping obligations. These records are kept only as long as legally necessary and are not used for any other purpose.

Timeline

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification. We'll email you a confirmation once your account and associated data have been removed.
